Overview

A Throne lord’s mobile seat of command and imperial authority.

Role and service

The Unanswered Crown carries a Throne lord’s command establishment within a severe stepped citadel. A deep central prow projects beyond two lower armoured shoulders; recessed docking galleries support escort and liaison craft. The ship brings imperial authority into the lane network as a defended mobile headquarters, dependent on the screen of vessels around it.

Recognising the hull

Operational limits

Its tall command mass and slow manoeuvring demand layered escort protection.
