Overview

Mara Vale commands the ship drawn into Garran Holt’s prisoner-escort contract.

Full account

Holt’s contract brings Mara Vale and Resolute Dawn into the convoy carrying Marek Soren from Kestrel toward Ardent. The ship’s bridge, shared crew spaces and secure holding area become part of the escort’s practical demands.

Joel and Anton join the escort as temporary assault crew. Guarded passages separate routine crew life from Soren’s confinement.
